Why hasn't this function been working for many years?
Why does this function work excellently in the Vivaldi browser?

The button is there - but it doesn't work. You Can't Refresh The Panel.
There's no button to completely refresh all panels at once.

This is how the button looks in Vivaldi. And she works. She updates the sketch.
