Cannot open Opera

When I try to open opera on my Windows 10 PC, it just flashes white and closes. I don't know why this happened, it was perfectly fine a few days ago. I tried everything I could find, updating my AMD, reinstalling, renaming Opera Stable, disabling gpu and extensions and more. Can someone help?

Hey, just fixed mine opera has been fine all along. It is Microsoft Parental controls (they have decided opera is not safe ig to get more people on edge).

You have to open windowskey+r
type "services.msc"
Find "Parental Controls"
Right Click and select "Stop"
Right Click again and select "properties"
Select Disable for Startup
