Trying to install Opera, installer won't download

Regardless of if I download it through the Linux device I intend to install it on or my windows PC, it won't give me a file size and says "unknown time left." Eventually on the Linux Device it flat out tells me the download failed. No clue what's going on, especially because when I try to download the Windows Installer it downloads fine on both devices.
