Add+5s/-5s buttons in picture-in-picture mode

Similarly to how firefox does it, there is no +5s/-5s buttons on the video player control in picture-in-picture.
I find it very useful as the only other solution is to get to the video page. Even a simple shortcut with arrow keys when focused on the picture-in-picture window would do the trick.
