Reader Mode Improvement Suggestions

1. Add background color choices that are easier on the eyes such as sepia; remembers and automatically loads it every time going forward.
2. Provide the option to be able to enable reader mode to automatically turn on anytime a page is loaded that is detected to be eligible.
3. Remember and automatically load the same text size that the user zoomed into/set the previous time they used reader mode.
