VPN Pro - Duplicate Billing!

I purchased a 1-year VPN Pro subscription on November 21, 2024, and paid 48 USD for it. However, I just realized that since that date, monthly payments have also been charged via Google Play — and I only noticed this today after receiving an email stating that my VPN Pro subscription was cancelled due to a "payment issue".
My subscription, for which I already paid annually, is supposed to be valid until November 21, 2025.
If my card hadn’t been changed and caused the Google Play charges to fail, I wouldn't even have known about these unfair monthly charges!
This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I urgently request an explanation as to how this happened, a guidance for a full refund of the incorrectly charged Google Play payments, and immediate reactivation of my VPN Pro subscription.
I couldn't find any "live support" for my requests.
