      @leocg Yes i did delete browser data with cookies, + went in to appdata folder and cleaned session there.

      • i also disabled all extensions. Tried launching from the administrator also didnt help.
        any more option's i could try?

          @leocg Indeed. on the full reinstall deleted the whole folder in the appdata

            @lasonik You can try doing a standalone installation of Opera to see if the issue still happens.

                        @lasonik That's not the default installation directory for a standalone installation, it was used because there was a previous installation already.

                        Try installing in a different directory, such as c:\operatest for example.

                              @leocg i have a VPN programm running. But i tested the issue with and without it. Result doesnt change.
                              CCleaner doesnt work in my country. As i said previously extencions are disabled/deleted. So the only thing i haven't tested is creating a second user and trying it there.

                                            @kleoco-yt so i managed to fix it. But i dont know for how long.
                                            Things i did.
                                            Killed all the task in the taskmanaged related to opera.
                                            Cleared a folder in the path AppData\Local\Programs\opera gx (Nuked it so hard)
                                            Checked everything with CCLeaner
                                            Once again checked that there are no instances of opera.exe running in the task manager.
                                            Restarted the PC
                                            Installed opera once again.

                                            And that managed to solve my issue. At least for now
