How to disable all graphic themes and colours, please

Dear fellow opera lovers,
for some reason that I cannot understand, my Opera version (119.0.5497.38) has decided to make me use a completely horrible colour scheme, where various graphic elements, like buttons, text highlights, frames are now in some sort of 70's disco green.
This occured after updating to Mac OS Sequoia 15.5 and importing older settings and bookmarks.
I do not wnat to use background themes and wish to have everything in white or light grey with zero imagery, zero photos, no colours, nothing.
I had this before the upgrade, so I believe it is possible.I tried switching gallery themes on and off again, but this does not work.
Please help me be plain boring again. Thanks for all adviceHerman

@HermanBlinkhoven Did you try using Classic theme without any wallpaper?

Thank you for your suggestion.
Yes, I did just that - classic without wallpaper, but there is still this marking colour, everywhere in the frames of windows, highlights of text, etc. There is an option to choose other equally ugly colours. I want, as before, plain white or light grey, no details.
Don't judge me too harshly, but I really want to go back to a white sheet of A4 paper and place it carefully in my typewriter...

As before, your assistance is greatly appreciated.
The issue resides with the settings of themes and backgrounds. I use the classic theme and all backgrounds are disabled. What I would need is an option on the panel seen in the screengrab below, that allows for the color to be white or a neutral light grey. There is in the current version no option to choose white or something neutral. The settings of this pannel seem to override other graphics settings even if one chooses to not use themes nor backgrounds.
