Option to disable current tab animation

Create a settings option to turn off tab animation, expanding, appearance of x button.

I always have a lot of tabs since I work in opera
and when I try to navigate to tab, it expands and shows x close button.

This expanding pushes other tabs left and right and I lose my focus on work.

This also causes one other issue, when I try to close a lot of tabs, I close tab, next one comes in its place and I close next one , great thing, I dont move mouse , I just click x button, BUT this expanding animation and wait for x to appear sometimes causes tabs to move and I cant perform quick closing action I mention above, I have to move mouse arround and open next tab to make it active to be able to close it

If this can be implemented it will be way better experience for work for me.
