Opera wont open and crashes

Lately opera was running very slow, after looking it up i saw some people saying to play with the flags and that it might help. im not sure exactly what flag i changed that caused this, but after restarting it wont open anymore. It pops up and flashes on and off a white window about 4-5 times then just quits out. nothing in task manager and no way for me to get into opera. is there a way i can open in safe mode and reset all flags, or is there a way to do it manually in the installation path?
