Opera 12.17 "Open With" Problem (reposted with better subject line)

The Right Click "open with" command on a web page no longer has Internet Explorer as one of it's options, it has been replaced by "Opera Internet Browser"

How can I get the IE back again??

Nevermind, I figured it out.

I used Programs and features in Control Panel, and clicked on Removing Features in Windows. I unclicked IE and it removed it from my computer, and then clicked it again so it got re-installed, voilà "Open With" Internet Explorer has returned.
