I am using Windows 10 on Opera version 118.0.5461.60. I could not find a topic already in play that was discussing my question. As background for my question, here goes:

      1. I bought a brand new pc and had the pc expert set it up to transfer all my old pc's contents to it.
      2. Because of delays by me, my new pc has been in its box for over two months. Meanwhile, I have been continuing activity with my Opera browser on the old pc, but being careful to save all my freshly opened tabs on my Speed Dial.
      3. So, now it seems reasonable to me that I would be able to access that same Speed Dial on my new pc soon after I set it up. Is that an accurate assumption? I assume I would have to log in using my usual ID and password, the one I use to access Opera help - is that correct? After that I would be able to access all my saved Speed Dial folders and use them to repopulate my browser tabs.
Please confirm, or let me know what steps, if any, I should take to allow complete access to my Opera browser just as I was able on my old pc.
        Thanks.

@AaronAF You need to login using the same account you used to login in the old computer and enable synchronisation.

@leocg Thank you for your reply! After the login, I will "enable synchronization"; but I am uncertain what that really means.
Before I do that, my plans are to have my old pc shut down and my new pc connected online - however, I might revise my plans if I knew what enabling synchronization means. Please tell me what would I be synchronizing? Thanks.
