Dragging .oex file to browser window causes Opera to "download" the file.

Hello,
I have an .oex file on my computer that I'm trying to install into Opera 19.0.1326.63 Stable. Whenever I drag the file onto the browser to install the extension, it shows up in the download manager rather than prompting me to install it.

That happens because the format (the whole architecture) changed from oex to nex/crx in the latest versions.
