<![CDATA[Dragging .oex file to browser window causes Opera to "download" the file.]]>Hello,

I have an .oex file on my computer that I'm trying to install into Opera 19.0.1326.63 Stable. Whenever I drag the file onto the browser to install the extension, it shows up in the download manager rather than prompting me to install it.
