OPERA Synchronisation between devices

Apologies for a novice question. I have 2 laptops and 1 desktop PC. I want to login into 1 of the laptops and the Desktop and bring up the OPERA browser details from my main Laptop. The laptop reports it is sync'd.
When I log into the other devices they do not show the same set up i.e. Speed Dial.
How do I sync the other devices without the risk of having the wrong device data replacing the one I want?

@Ilovesmoonbears As said, you can see your speed dials from your other Opera installations by clicking on Other Speed Dials in the bookmarks manager page (opera://bookmarks).

Speed Dials are not automatically populated when you synchronise them.
