opera linux corner resize handle

I've been trying multiple distributions to see if the problem persist, but somehow it seems like I'm always missing the corner resize handle. install is vanilla. both left/right and up/down are as expected, just no corner. this is pretty annoying. Any one ran into this weird behavior ?

@cloutiersi I've the same issue. I use alt-F8 as a workaround. but that's not ideal. I'm using xfce as desktop environment.
