Hey, need help with hotkeys and alike stuff

So, problem is simple. Here is a default hotkey F10, which i switch long time ago and don't actually remember what it was, switched it because i used this key for other program. Problem is when i trying to use this key while OperaGX is opened and i browsing it this key just don't work in other program, usually it works like this when this key is doing something in a program that already opened in fullscreen, but as you remember - i don't have any in opera. Other problem with gamepad, i have 2 monitor setup, while i playing something on xbox one gamepad on 1st monitor and, for example, turn the volume down on opera in some video, joysticks became stucked and don't work. That blowing my mind, any solutions?
