I can't get rid of the sidebar.

I've tried everything but I cant seem to get rid of this sidebar thingy to view all the chats. This happened before and I got it to go away but now I cant figure out anymore how to do it. I tried clicking the "New chat" button but nothing seems to work. Please help!

i had the same issue but i resized the whole window thingy and if it doesnt work slide it to its max size click out back in then resize it
