new windows open before existing ones

New windows open before (to the left), instead of after (to the right) existing windows. Please help fix this? It's only happening on this browser all of a sudden.

@will75vok Maybe some system setting? Don't know. Here I used Opera maximized, so new windows just open on top of existing one.

Even if un-maximize it, new windows open on top of the already opened one, a little bit lower and to the right.

@leocg Thanks for your response. I'm sorry; I should have said "tab", not "window" I guess. From my Bookmarks, when I click to open a page saved in my Bookmarks it opens to the left of whatever other tabs are open. It used to open in the new tab position to the right of whatever other tabs I already had opened. Is there a setting or something I can click on to change that?
