Recovery my data from a broken PC

I had bookmarks and passwords saved on an pc where the ram ended up falling apart? I'm not 100% sure of the issue but it wont turn on now and I have no way to recover my data from opera. I tried through the site but I didnt have sync on; After some research my data is still saved on that other pc but is there a way I can have it transferred? I have proof its me, my pc, I can prove whatever. I've contacted opera support but 2 weeks no reply

@arbgela If Sync wasn't enabled, the only way to recover (part of) your data would be by physically accessing the old computer and making a backup Opera's profile directory, as well as exporting saved passwords.
