My PC crashed and when I restarted it, a new user profile was created (Windows10) and I lost access to my original user file. I created another user file but now I need to recover my bookmarks and other settings.

Can I simply move relevant files from my old Windows user file to the new one? If so what are they and where do I find them? I'm not as tech savvy as I once was, so I appreciate any help. Thank you.

@FrankLee1776 Check the path to the profile directory in opera//about, then go to the old user and get the Bookmarks files from there.

@leocg Thank you. It's Opera One. I found the path and folder/files, do I simply replace the new with the old one? Thanks for your help.

@FrankLee1776 If there isn't any important bookmark in the new one, yes.
