[Duplicated]Settings page opening randomly

For the past week Opera keeps opening up a settings page for no reason. I'll open up one Opera GX window, use it for whatever I need, and then when I close out of it, there is suddenly another Opera GX window open with the settings up. I never opened it, I didn't even look at settings at all, but there it is.
It is annoying cause I like using the feature that Opera remembers what pages you were on before closing the browser, but because of the random settings page popping up, the last thing it remembers is that. So when I open up the browser the next day, it has that loaded up instead of the pages I was actually using before. It is super annoying and I can't figure out why it is doing it, because it never did it before, and I haven't been on the settings page since I set everything up about a month ago.
If anyone knows how to stop this, please let me know.
