opera white line problem at the top

I am using opera on windows and there is a white line top of my screen from right top corner to left top corner. I can interract with buttons like closing the opera etc. but i dont want to see this line. On full screen it doesnt come but i dont want to use opera of full screen so i should fix this. Are there any solution for this? I think thats because of theme but i dont know exactly why.
