I use Opera Stable 27 (ver. 27.0.1689.69) and Mac OS X Yosemite (10.10.2 64-bit). On some website, popup of OSX dictionary search is off to left top. Like this ↓

...Incidentally, the yellow popup of OS X dictionary search is appeared over the selected word on Safari 8 and Firefox 35.

Issue “DNA-34362 [Mac] Three finger tap opened Dictionary bubble is mispositioned on zoomed page” was fixed yesterday. The pages you’ve got trouble with also appears to work with this fix. Hopefully it will make it into a release soon.
