Using Saved Passwords

How does one make use of saved passwords in Opera 27.0 ?
There is plenty of documentation on how to get passwords saved in the first place, but none that I can find on how to make use of them once they are saved and you want to go back to a site and log in.
There used to be a "key" icon, and if you wanted Opera to use a password that it had saved, all you had to do was click on the key. (If it had not saved a password for that site, the key icon - IIRC - was greyed out.)
TIA for any ideas,
Mark

The password fields with either be filled in automatically, or you may have to enter the first character of the username/email address. The rest of the username and the password will then be filled in automatically.

The form on Live.com expressly turns off auto-complete. Complain to Microsoft for making a shitty website.
You can overwrite this behavior in Opera (not standards-compliant!) by enabling opera://flags/#enable-autofill-ignore-autocomplete-off

aeyoun, that worked.
So, tell me why does a web site do this...for security reasons??
Another question, I also use Opera 12.17, is there also a flag in that Opera that does the same thing as this one?? And the Etrade web site works perfectly for password entry in 12.17
Thanks again

The feature is there for institutions like banks to disable password saving.
In this case, however, I suspect the following: In Internet Explorer on Windows, there is a special plug-in in the browser that handles login. I guess Microsoft thought this was the easiest way ti disable the password manager in Internet Explorer and leave the job to their plug-in. The other browser’s password managers are just collateral damage.
