I just tried to import some bookmarks and got this message ...
This webpage is not available
The webpage at opera://bookmark-importer/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

OK. It might be down.But if the address has changed, then change the darn address.

How did you get to that address? I don't think its correct. The error message you are getting is the default message for a bad address. Going to Settings > 'Import bookmarks and settings...' Thats the best why I know of doing it but it doesn't go to that page. It just opens a pop-up and lets you select what you want to import and from where.
