Problem:
Can't install Opera on Mojave 10.14.6

Platform:
MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 (18G84)
Model Name: Mac Pro (Mid 2012)
RAM: 64GB
Processors: 2 6-Core Intel Xeon 3.06 GHz for 12 cores
Boot Device: RAID-0 4 SAMSUNG MZHPV512HDGL-000H1

Steps to Reproduce

• Downloaded installer by visiting:
  https://www.opera.com/?utm_campaign=%2301 - US - Search - EN - Branded - 2017&utm_content=41781089684&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiAk8G9BhA0EiwAOQxmfiif7otViFwsuKKp5FtEnAsr9QhwsvJ2AXy7rm-gou2dYCN_83w16BoC5rAQAvD_BwE
• Clicked the blue "Download now" button.
• OperaSetup.zip is downloaded and unpacks into Opera Installer.app, version 117.0.5408.32
• Doing a Get Info on this executable shows that it is not supported on MacOS Mojave 10.14.6
• Launching the application reports this error message
  "You have macOS 10.14.6. This application requires macOS 10.11 or later."

MacOS 10.14.6 IS later than MacOS 10.11.

Opening the info.plist within the executable shows LSMinimumVersion key as 10.11..0
