issues with Opera 27 displaying some sites like it's zoomed in at 90% while it's at 100%

help, i just got upgraded to Opera 27 today and now some of the sites i go to look a little smaller then normal like they are zoomed out at 90% but it's not even zoomed out at 90% it's at 100% zoom.
what do i do to restore it back to normal as in what are the normal opera font settings.
the settings are:
Standard font: Times New Roman, font size: 16
Serif font: Times New Roman, font size: 16
Sans-serif font: Arial, font size: 16
Fixed-width font: Courier New
Minimum font size: 6
Encoding: Western (ISO-8859-15)
Font size: Medium
Page Zoom: 100%
can someone tell me what the correct setting is to get it back to look normal again. -
