Close tabs on exit

Why if I close the browser in the android menu http://i59.tinypic.com/16hrn5.jpg the tabs are open when you open again the browser. I want an option to close it or remain it open(currently is in firefox)

If you close the browser in the android menu, tabs will be restored when you launch Opera again. If you close the browser through the exit button (found in the O-menu) then all tabs will be closed. I hope that helps.

Apparently the opera 26. version am using closes down all tabs in background apart from the one currently open when I(for example) respond to a text message forcing me to leave the app and on coming back, it has to reload the background tabs.Very disturbing I may say.

@joshnesh88 that is a different behavior than closing the tabs though. What you see is a android running low on memory and killing off processes it feels are unnecessary... background tabs fall into that category. We're working hard on reducing memory usage though. Texture compression and other changes using this tech will make it into Opera for Android over the next couple of releases.
