Why if I close the browser in the android menu http://i59.tinypic.com/16hrn5.jpg the tabs are open when you open again the browser. I want an option to close it or remain it open(currently is in firefox)

What you see is a android running low on memory and killing off processes it feels are unnecessary... background tabs fall into that category. We're working hard on reducing memory usage though. Texture compression and other changes using this tech will make it into Opera for Android over the next couple of releases.

If you close the browser through the exit button (found in the O-menu) then all tabs will be closed. I hope that helps.
