Files (jpg, png and mp4) only save as html

Ive had this problem for quite a while and i genuinely have no idea how to fix it and i tried so many things already. My version should be up to date as i checked right now

@Zestyke So if you open an image, right click on it and choose save image as..., you get a htm file?
