all my synchronized data says it's encrypted

Today I upgraded my cpu and motherboard before that on my older pc I synced all my data and now when I got the new pc all booted up all my synchronized data says it's encrypted when I get my cursor on like open tabs it says "Information is encrypted" and it's like that for all of them. My bookmarks and passwords synced but that's all. Open tabs, preferences etc. are all still encrypted. I would appreciate help

@Kamorti If you are talking about https://www.sync.opera.com/, that's the expected behaviour if you are using a passphrase to encrypt your synced data.

@leocg I do use it is there any like way to fix it to restore my tabs or nah?
