Hardware Media Key Handling won't turn off.

I disabled this function because when the browser is open, it interferes with the fact that in another application (for example, Spotify), I can’t switch the track using the keyboard, but when the browser is not working, everything works stably.

@lonsvi Here I can use the media keys on other apps, even with Opera open.

@leocg I even changed the keyboard already, I thought there was any problem in it, it turned out that even the same, with the open opera, did not switch audio through the keyboard. Are there any ways to disable any ways in the Windows system to support this browser to use Media key? The shutdown in Flags does not help, albeit on and it will be turned off, it will still see the keyboard
