Opening scanned files in Opera

I just acquired an older Canon flatbed scanner. The setup doesn't automatically detect Opera Developer as an available browser. Can anyone tell me what path to use to get scanned pdf files to open in the Developer browser?
I should perhaps add that I have Windows 11.

In Opera, you can goto the URL
opera://about
and look at the "install" path. What you want is opera.exe in the install path. For example:
"C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Programs\Opera developer\opera.exe"

In settings in Windows, you should be able to goto "Apps -> Default Apps -> Opera Developer" and set pdf to open with Opera Developer.
Or, in Default apps, scroll way down past all the programs, click "choose defaults by file type", type .pdf in the search field and associate that with Opera developer.
Another way you might be able to do it is to right-click on a pdf file, goto "open with", choose "Opera Developer" (or opera.exe in the Opera developer install folder) and check "always open".
