Please I'm not in Netherland and don't understand where you have gotten the IP from please change it to my network location (Nigeria)

@Heyjay4Richie When you use Opera Mini, your data goes through Opera servers and sites see the servers IP addresses.

Also, the on;y way for a site to know your location is to asking for it. Otherwise, they are just guessing it and may guess it wrongly.
