Something appear when try clicking youtube videos

When i hover my mouse on half above of the video, a grey thing appear (the grey stuff above the word "GANG" and more examples) and i cant click to the video. This something happens to facebook too on long post, it appear and i cant copy the text

Not something big but from time to time, i becomes annoying. How do i turn it off or do something![Screenshot to make it disappear

@phucbusciu Try disabling extensions and mods again.

Also reset flags and settings.

@leocg I figured it out. It was the enhance video which caused the problem. Thank you for assisting
