I lost my automatic password

Yesterday I had a problem with the disk and my computer was formatted from scratch, so I couldn't save the passwords I had linked to operagx. On top of all this, when I reinstall everything and try to sync the passwords for the account, it asks me for the password that operagx generated for my own operagx account, so I don't have that password since it was saved somewhere I can't access. I wanted to know if something could be done in these cases or if I simply have to recover the password in all the places where I have used the automatic "secure" password that operagx recommends.
