I was trying to log into my account but then was asked about a verification code and then also if I didn't have that I need to use back up codes. I do not have either and any effort to log into my account is met with the same issue. I have access to the email I used to log in, I just don't know my back up codes or my verification code. This is a new account I made to try to get help.

@LobsterWorm If you no longer have access to the authentication app or to the backup codes,you will not be able to access your account.
