Noway to reset 2FA, for real?

I happen to reset my phone without backing up my authenticator app, so now I can't log into my browsers history or bookmarks because of that? basically my account is just gone? Why there's no way to reset my 2-Step Verification method...? Opera should really do something regarding this.
