Opera gx installer closes when trying to install

@gjvadr "Local State" is a json file without the .json extension. So, in the open dialog in JSONedit, you have to change the filetype filter to "all files" to see "Local State".

@burnout426 I deleted the DND over https in JSON edit, still crashes and I'm not quite sure how to use command prompt to put in the command

@gjvadr Hit Windows key + r to open the run dialog, type
cmd
and press enter to open a command prompt. Then, type the command and press enter. -

@burnout426 I attempted to run the command by using a different line after searching for the startup file location, the command with the disable gpu and other things just launches opera before it crashes again, i'm not sure if what i di messed up the command or not.

@gjvadr It sounds like you got it right and it just didn't make a difference.
Sound like your Windows installation is damaged in some way.
