When I load Opera GX, it always boots in 12 percent audio, but I have always had it set to 100% before. It happens to be a problem when playing media like YouTube.

I must repeatedly go into Windows Volume Mixer and set it to 100%. I can't find any settings in Opera that would allow me to have it always be at the volume I want and not use volume normalization, which I assume it does. There are no settings like that in YouTube (at least on a desktop where it is a problem), and my control panel has it set so that nothing else can exclusively control Opera GX's audio functions.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know if there are any known issues or workarounds.

@OtterWidit Did you check it all extensions and mods disabled?

        Did you check Windows settings?

@leocg Yes sir/ma'am, I have. As put in my above reply, to reiterate, I have checked all control panel functions for audio and exclusive control of audio. To include more, I have looked into my normal windows settings as much as I could. It's alright if there is no clear answer to it, I was hoping that there just might be some setting I'm missing for media.

Edit: I have no extensions that control audio as well
