Problem with Flash Player on Opera 19

In some pages, the banners that use Flash Player don't load. There is a blank space instead of the banner.

I've a similar problem with flash at rdio.com that I've solve by disabling Adblock Plus!

Are you sure you have the correct version of the Flash plug-in installed for Opera ?. Not the version for IE (Internet Explorer).
Have you tried clearing cache and cookies for Youtube.com and/or www.Youtube.com ?.
