@Sumitro007 So you searched, as the rules say, and couldn't find any of the topics and posts about it?
Anyway, One or GX?

@Sumitro007 As you can see above, enable hardware acceleration and make sure it's working.

@leocg By hardware acceleration do you mean "graphic acceleration"? Turning it on did make the video pop out working again, but it caused my laptop to freeze randomly when trying to watch a video. I have to force shut down my laptop because it's completely unresponsive when it happens.
I manually turned off hardware/graphic acceleration a long time ago because I keep having this issue with various devices, so I hope there's another way to restore the video pop out without involving the graphic acceleration.

I was having the same issue with Picture in Picture in both Opera browsers, Opera GX and Opera. The fix that worked for me is as follows:-
- Go to opera://flags
- Search for Video
- Disable Video Popout Redesign
Hope it works for you too.

it is also broken in operaGX latest build if you enable media foundation clear in opera://flags, only working with Media Foundation for Clear Rendering Strategy flag enable frame server, all other options cause black screen during video popout, but i think better to use media foundation clear default strategy + Disable Video Popout Redesign, there's some problems in youtube with frame server option, sometimes during Playlists new video won't start and need page refresh, so i think better to use Disable Video Popout Redesign flag, old method working fine without any bugs

I just encounter the issue of no more pop up under youtube. But it's odd cause I was pretty sure it was working during my current session.
My solution is awkward, I simply use one of my workspace that I have not recently modified. The issue only happens when I am in my 3rd (of 4) workspace (one that I modified recently, like the icon and the name).
More context : I installed 'opera one' on a new machine 2-3 weeks ago under win 11. I have synchronized my account to recover bookmarks, etc. As a side note, the synchronization process cleared the entire content from 2 of my workspaces on the original machine, which is always nice to have no warn when things are deleted/cleared/removed ... Would have been nice to have a way to recover my 100+ opened tabs :pResume : check if the popup issue is present in all of your workspaces.
