Limiters not kept after Opera is closed

OperaGx keep Limiter options keeps toggling off after each time i restart the browser the keep limiter button is off but the limiters which i set are on but the icons are not showing. like when i set a network limiter speed its on but the icon doesn't show up unless i turn it on and off then it show's. please help
