youtube videos not fitting?

whenever i go to watch a youtube video, only the video is very zoomed in and the video is just weird overall. i use 90% zoom. i've checked my resolution rate, and it didnt fix anything. ive also checked on other browsers and google was working fine. i also have checked on incognito on opera, but it works fine as well., so i dont know what the problem is. i dont have any extensions either.

yesterday its still normal. today got something wrong. i always zoomed out to 90%, and today when i use 90%, the button on the bottom right in the player gone.

@fearnawt It's fine here. if it's working on a private window, then it's probably a extension or mod causing the issue.

@leocg i figured out the reason why, and it was because i was logged in on youtube? i dont know why but whenever im logged in the video is zoomed in.

This is really weird, but, the solutions is make size of page to 150%. I know it's strange, but it working....
