I check this option in options (Do Not Track) but it doens't work. How it works? For specially sites? Or it's an joke.
Why for example yandex.metrika follow my actions? -

If you don't know how it works, how do you know it doesn't work? Basically, it sends a request to web applications (the sites you visit) that they disable tracking. Unfortunately web applications may choose to ignore it as its not a legal requirement. Who knows how effective it really is. It's surely better to use it though just in case.

If you activate in Settings -> Privacy & security -> Privacy -> (*) Send a 'Do not track' Header
Opera will inform the servers not to track.Servers are not forced to follow the header and may ignore the wish to stop Tracking.
