[Duplicated]Sync didn't work; had to reinstall Windows 10 and it looks like I lost everything.

I've been using Opera GX for about a year. I've had sync enabled since the beginning. I also have GX on my Android, which would show my desktop tabs from where I left off while my computer was out of commission for a few weeks. I had to reinstall Windows 10 unexpectedly, so I didn't get a chance to make a manual backup of my profile/data.
Well... I signed in, turned on Sync, gave it some time... Nothing. Absolutely nothing is there, except for (3) devices; the name of my PC before the reset, and the name of it after the reset (default name) and of what I renamed it to. But that's all. No bookmarks, no history, nothing. There is nothing on my Android now, either. This is pretty devastating, because I kept many important things in my bookmarks... I spent hours digging around online for solutions, but most of it didn't coincide with my circumstances. I've tried signing in and out a few times, but it didn't work, and I couldn't find anything else that might help.
Forums seemingly show that sync not working has been common. Has sync just utterly failed me? I never knew Opera had issues like this, or I wouldn't have migrated fully to it. I love it for gaming, but I wish I'd known so I could've at least made backups every so often. This is a nightmare... Sure, I can gradually build back my bookmarks, but the sheer amount that I've lost will take a long time, if I can even remember one-third of them.

@itsbirdy Does sync.opera.com says that you have synced data there?
