Isn't finding the correct answer

I was asking the ai a chemistry question on the lewis structure and it gave me the wrong answer. I tried to tell it made a mistake, but it keeps saying the first answer over and over and keeps miscounting the valence electron total. The structure is supposed to have 14 and it keeps saying 12 and that it is correct.
