[Duplicated]Picture-in-Picture not appearing in taskbar / as different window

Recently, the video pop out feature is not showing the pop out as a separate window. It does display the pop out correctly but its not treated as a separate window by windows. This impedes me from being able to stream a picture-in-picture on its own, whereas before I could do this.

This also is duplicating the PiP window on each one of my Multitask Screens, placed in the same position, whereas before it didnt, and this is a problem for me.

My OS is Windows 10
Version: LVL 6 (core: 113.0.5230.135)
