I can't seem to enable Aria. my browser is the latest version (i'm in Turkey). I can use Aria on my phone but not on my pc.
When i go to the settings menu > ai services, i can enable chat gpt and chatsonic and they show up in the sidebar instantly. When i enable Aria in the sidebar no icon shows up. If i come out of settings and go back in again the Aria in the sidebar option is once again deselected.

@handanece Me too, same problem, but I'm from Germany.
The new update to version 114.0.5282.115 hasn't changed anything: Aria cannot be activated!
Since it doesn't work on my other laptop either - same operating system, same configuration - I think it might have something to do with some Windows service.
But since now to find the error or the inactive/missing service,
If you don't know what it could be, it's not possible for me.A small tool to check the necessary services and components would be nice: greetings and requests to the developers.
Windows 10 Home, 22h2 version, still available updates daily

@leocg no because I have so many bookmarks, full of bookmark bar, passwords and so on. Even I can backup these, I'm worried about the order and locations of bookmarks getting mixed up, if there is a way to get everything in the browser exactly the same with one backup I can try.

@handanece Reinstalling a software don't erase its data. And you can do a backup anyway.
Testing with a new profile (and data) would be interesting too. You can use the portable version to do it.

@leocg My problem is finally solved! I first installed the Opera GX browser on my computer, logged into my Opera account on both Opera One and Opera GX, and enabled synchronization. After making sure that all my settings, passwords, bookmarks, etc., were exactly the same in GX, I tried reinstalling Opera One. When that didn’t work, I uninstalled Opera One and reinstalled it again without deleting the user settings, but still no luck. Finally, I uninstalled Opera One completely, including the user settings, then reinstalled it—and Aria finally appeared! I logged into my Opera account on the newly installed browser, activated synchronization, and everything was back as it was before.
In short, fully uninstalling Opera seems to be the only way to fix this issue. While I could have synced with Opera on my phone or used Opera Portable, as you suggested, I chose GX since I’d been meaning to try it anyway.
Thank you for your quick replies whenever I reached out with my issue. I hope my experience helps others with the same problem.
Have a great day,
Handan
